Our Focus - Engineer, Procure and Construct with the latest and greatest controls hardware and software including PLC, HMI, SCADA and cloud integration set to provide clients with efficient and modern automation solutions. TVS expertise in controls includes extensive experience with a variety of automation controllers including PLS's, PAC and their corresponding interfaces (both HMI and SCADA).
Technical Direction – Turnkey New Installations – Machinery transducer applications & requirements, Electrical Implementation for Field Wiring, Junction Boxes, Cabinet Design and Execution, and Vibration Monitoring System Electrical Design Services. AutoCAD Design Services - Update existing AutoCAD drawings for cabinet builds, turn around MOC process, and/or loop sheets for vibration monitoring points. Create new AutoCAD drawings for Vibration Monitoring System with loops back to machine. Redline drawings that are inaccurately documented in existing AutoCAD packages. Create new AutoCAD package for cabinet builds for newly implemented Machinery Protection System. i.e. Electrical Loop, Wire Tag Schedules, Junction Box Layout, MPS Rack Wiring Diagrams, Network Layout Drawings, etc. Machine Protection System Cabinet Installation - Documentation and configuration of monitor parameters to customer specifications. Record part numbers, serial numbers, and field programmable options. Confirm proper grounding. Remove cabinet and install new cabinet with customer support or contracted assistance. Terminate field wiring from existing monitoring system or old monitoring system. Confirm vibration points are setup correctly in configuration software for optimal data collection in System 1. Perform Function Acceptance Test with customer and ensure the following: cabinet meets client’s code, relay logic is function properly, proper configuration. Perform Site Acceptance Test at customer facility to ensure communication with DCS or local indicators are function as needed. Documentation Services - All system components encountered will be documented, including but not limited to, model numbers, serial numbers, monitor configuration, software configuration, and machine train locations. All calibration verification data will be documented in both an “as found” and an “as left” format. All findings will be documented, and any action items will be processed through procedures defined by and agreed on by both parties. |
